Geoff Melville

Geoff entered the real estate industry in 1973 after previous sales experience with Kimberley Clark selling Kleenex Products, Malleys Limited in sales administration, Uncle Ben’s Inc launching Pal and Whiskers pet food and considerable time selling life insurance, director of an art supply company, and co-owner of a picture framing gallery.

His real estate experience came with Hamilton & Co at Crows Nest with general real estate as well as the site amalgamation and marketing of home units and townhouses in the lower North Shore area. He started his own real estate agency in Empire Bay in 1981 and has specialised in the local areas of Empire Bay, Bensville, Kincumber South and Daleys Point.

Geoff has lived in Empire Bay since 1979, is Past President of the local Progress Association, P&C Association, his local Rotary Club, and is an Honorary Director of a community nursing home.

Geoff has been a licensed real estate agent since 1978 and is fully accredited.

Geoff believes that personal service, product knowledge and a passion for real estate helps him solve people’s accommodation problems.

David Howes

A fully licensed agent with a passion for real estate, David has worked in a number of Central Coast suburbs and surrounding districts, marketing and selling many different types of real estate including a broad range of residential properties, hobby and large acreages, waterfronts, luxury and lifestyle properties. He has also owned and operated his own agency.

A good communicator with an understanding of the many factors involved in the buying, selling and renting of real estate. David started his career in the Banking / Finance Industry gaining experience in a variety of roles up to and including senior management. This experience has provided David with a level of professionalism and a sound understanding of customer service values that can be applied to the individual needs of all real estate clients. This knowledge has been further expanded working for one of Australia's largest property developers in senior position, reporting to the company's billionaire owner daily.

Always approachable, David believes that successful real estate transactions comprise a combination of professional service, effective marketing, local market knowledge, communication, feedback and the need to always keep expectations realistic.

A local Central Coast resident, David is married with 5 children and enjoys spending time with his family relaxing, 4 wheel driving, woodworking and also playing the guitar.

Narelle Bartlett

Narelle has lived and worked on the Central Coast for several years. Before joining Empire Bay Estate Agency she worked as a secretary with extensive experience in a variety of industries including property development, architecture and public relations.

Narelle works in Sales Administration and is involved in producing proposals and appraisals, through to brochures, window displays and advertising, and everything involved in the smooth running of the office.

Meagan Smith

Meagan has always had a keen interest in all things property. She has studied Architectural Drafting and worked in that industry for many years.

She has previous experience working in a Real Estate office and is a valuable asset to the team. Meagan has a keen interest in interior design, photography and architecture.

Meagan is hands on with our marketing and administration needs with a keen eye for design and attention to detail. She and Luke were married in 2010.

Luke Melville

Luke began his career in Real Estate crawling around his parent’s feet as they worked! He officially joined the agency in 2002 and worked in sales. While in this role he obtained his Real Estate Licence. After 3 years in sales he took a break. Returning in 2010, Luke has taken on the role of Property Manager. Bringing experience gained from watching his Mum for 30 years in the role and his understanding of the current market conditions and regulations.

Luke is passionate about excellent customer service with a high level of experience in communicating with people. He will provide the personal attention that you deserve, with good old fashioned service supported with up to date technology. Luke married Meagan in 2010 and they currently live in the local area.
