Empire Bay Estate Agency and Bensville Real Estate have been serving the local community as a family owned and operated business since 1981. We are a small, proudly independent agency specialising in sales, auctions and property management primarily in Empire Bay and Bensville, but also reaching to Kincumber South and Daleys Point.

 Our sales staff, Geoff Melville and David Howes are both licensed Real Estate agents and members of the Real Estate Institute. Meagan Smith is our senior Property Officer and has extensive experience in both real estate and the building industry Property Officer Elizabeth Bell, also has extensive real estate and office experience and both ladies are registered and fully accredited to look after your Property Management needs. We all undergo extensive industry training to constantly upgrade our skills and stay fully accredited.

David is a fully licensed agent with a passion for real estate. Starting his career in the finance Industry and working in a variety of roles up to and including senior management, has provided David with a sound knowledge of customer service values and the individual needs of both sellers and buyers.

This experience has been further backed up by exposure to many different aspects of real estate. Having worked for a local agency at Kariong marketing all types of properties including large acreages and then, owning and operating a franchised agency at Erina which dealt with a variety of areas on the Central Coast. A good communicator with an understanding of the many factors involved in the buying, selling and renting of real estate. David has also worked for one of Australia’s largest developers in a senior position.

A local Central Coast resident, devoted husband and father, David is married with 4 children and enjoys spending time with his family along with fishing, 4wd, woodworking and playing the guitar.

David believes that successful real estate transactions are the result of good service, communication and feedback and the need to keep expectations realistic.
