This website is designed to give you information about arguably one of the most beautiful areas of the Central Coast - from the team that has lived and worked in the area for over 25 years.

Just 4 minutes apart, the villages of Empire Bay and Bensville are about 40 minutes from Hornsby and have a regular bus service to Woy Woy for connection to Sydney by train.

Empire Bay also has a regular ferry service to Woy Woy. We are close to Killcare Beach, Erina, Kincumber and Terrigal for the beaches, shopping and movie theatres. Killcare Beach has a patrolled swimming area and there is a small rock pool near the surf club. The other end of the beach is excellent for fishing, and steps lead up over the headland to some of the finest coastal walking trails you could wish for.

Empire Bay Kindy prepares the toddlers for the modern Empire Bay Public School, located between the 2 villages. This school is very well equipped and staffed. There is also The Coast Christian School which caters for pupils K-6 with a flow‑on to Green Point Christian College. The Bensville school is set on 5 acres in a rural setting and there is a photo on our Bensville page.
